Wire Erosion Services

The process of Wire Erosion enables us to cut difficult to machine conductive materials with extreme accuracy.
Acutech Precision uses standard Wire diameters of 0.3 mm and 0.2 mm to produce otherwise difficult to machine parts.
Materials both hard and soft can be wired, this process also allows us to cut magnets in some circumstances.
Material thicknesses that can be wired range from under 1mm to over 200mm on our machine.
This provides a wide range of components that can go through this process.
