CNC Turning is most commonly thought of for round DIA components.
With the introduction of our CNC Lathe with C-Axis with live driven tooling we are able to cut multi sided polygons and drill PCD holes or even cross holes in one operation.
This opens up more avenues for our customers and the added incentive of components being more cost effective.
Acutech also has another CNC Turning lathe with slant bed, bar feed, 2" through spindle capacity for larger quantity production runs and a flat bed, 80mm through spindle capacity for larger sized, lower volume production runs and one off prototypes.
